There are so many exciting and romantic things to do on the Oregon coast! If you enjoy Oregon coast romantic getaways as much as we do, then you will appreciate the diversity that can be quickly found. One of my favorite romantic things to do is find a quiet roadside ocean view park, where I can play my guitar and sing my favorite love songs to my wife. Romantic sunset locations abound on the Oregon coast! Either oceanfront beach sunsets, or find a crest view along Highway 101. Other romantic things include shopping in the many gift shops and art galleries. And, if you are ‘in’ to nature, there are thousands of miles of hiking trails on the coast. Don’t forget calm water kayaking, or fishing for other romantic options!

Fortunately there are many great options for Oregon coast romantic lodging, from five star luxury hotels, to rustic waterfront lodges, to fishing resorts, to beachfront. On the north Oregon coast you can find romantic budget to luxury accommodations at almost any location. The further south on the Oregon coast, the options are further apart and not as easy to find. It’s always best to plan ahead, though with the slow economy, even top destinations are hurting for business, so drop-in deals are sometimes available.
