Are there benefits to Using a Shower Filter?

I could list the benefits I have found in using a shower filter in my home but you would still need to use one to verify that what I’m saying is correct.  I love my filter.  I can feel the difference in my skin tone, smoothness and moisture retention; the texture improvement in my hair and so much more.  Did I mention that the harsh chemicals in the water are dramatically removed?  Well, they are and you can feel the difference right away with improvements during each shower.  How can anyone complain about looking better simply because of cool device that attaches to your shower nozzle? I have been a Pilates Instructor for twelve years and my favorite Pilates exercise tool, that isn’t a large piece of equipment, is the Pilates ring. Originally called the Magic Circle by Joseph Pilates, there is something magical about this simple yet effective resistance workout tool. The Pilates ring enables the user to gain resistance deep within a muscle group making workouts more intense. The squeezing action isolates certain muscle groups and activates their functionality.
