I could list the benefits I have found in using a shower filter in my home but you would still need to use one to verify that what I’m saying is correct.  I love my filter.  I can feel the difference in my skin tone, smoothness and moisture retention; the texture improvement in my hair and so much more.  Did I mention that the harsh chemicals in the water are dramatically removed?  Well, they are and you can feel the difference right away with improvements during each shower.  How can anyone complain about looking better simply because of cool device that attaches to your shower nozzle? There are so many aspects to the game of golf, it is hard to decide on which item to give to a golfer when the occasion arises. However, since there are so many needs on the golf course for the player, that leaves the giver with plenty of options as to what to include as a present. Stocking stuffers for golfers are the key to solving this dilemma by including many smaller items that any golfer would need. Things such as a divot tool, golfer’s knife, club cleaner and practice balls are all examples of mix and match items that can be made into one wonderful present. The beauty is that these are all things that every golfer needs.

While there are many Christmas gifts for golf enthusiasts available, why not take a better approach and combine multiple elements of what that golfer needs to improve their game into one present? Despite a golfer’s handicap, they can still use a bag for their shoes, or hand warmers for when they play in the cold. All the items that go into the stocking can help provide the golfer with a better game which makes going to the course more enjoyable. This Christmas, I would recommend giving stocking stuffers to a golfer you know because it consists of fulfilling various needs that every golfer has.

Chicken is perfect for cooking in the crockpot and I’m always keeping an eye out for new recipes. A few weeks ago I came across this all day crockpot chicken recipe. I wasn’t quite sure about it to be honest because the mixture of ingredients just sounded weird. I figured I’d at least give it a try and guess what… it turned out great. I have been a Pilates Instructor for twelve years and my favorite Pilates exercise tool, that isn’t a large piece of equipment, is the Pilates ring. Originally called the Magic Circle by Joseph Pilates, there is something magical about this simple yet effective resistance workout tool. The Pilates ring enables the user to gain resistance deep within a muscle group making workouts more intense. The squeezing action isolates certain muscle groups and activates their functionality. The ring can be used to tone and strengthen arms, chest, legs and torso by repeatedly contracting and releasing the muscles. (more…)
